Enrollment Information & Procedures

New & Returning Families: ​

​​​All new & returning students must utilize the EnrollJeffco to enroll students for the upcoming new school year. Please see the Jeffco Parent Information Page for detailed information on Enroll/Jeffco. Should you need assistance with this process, please contact Jen Levy at the HOPE school office.
Spring Transfers:
​
Enrollment beginning in the spring semester, January, 2026, and will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and with consideration of classes that may be at capacity. All transfers within the Jeffco School District must adhere to the Choice Enrollment Process by submitting an Administrative Transfer Form for approval and submitting your student through the EnrollJeffco Process for approval. Also, the following documentation will be required for review prior to approval:

Student Transcript/Report Cards

Behavior Report
-
Attendance Report

Disclosure of IEP, ALP, or 504 Plans (Or any other pertinent information).

Once approved for enrollment, the New Family Enrollment Paperwork would be required to be completed. This can be found on the HOPE Academy Website, Enrollment Tab. Please contact Jen Levy at Jen.Levy@hopemustangs.net
