Enrollment Policy and Procedure
Welcome to HOPE Academy!
HOPE is currently accepting new student enrollment for Fall 2024.
HOPE Academy adheres to the Jefferson County School District's Choice Enrollment and Collegiate Academy's Choice Enrollment Policies and Procedures for students Kind-12th Grades for the 2023-2024 school year.
Please review the Parent Admissions Checklist in the link below. Please note that the Enrollment Application Process has changed. HOPE Academy has moved to the online Jeffco School District EnrollJeffco procedure. This will be continued during the 2024-2025 school year for all new and returning students at HOPE Academy. Required supporting documents listed below on the Parent Admissions Checklist can be provided in paper form or digitally to Rachel Regier, Enrollment Secretary at rregier@hopemustangs.net.
Enrollment for 2024-2025 School Year -- Spring Transfer --
Enrollment beginning in the spring semester, January, 2024, and will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and with consideration of classes that may be at capacity. All transfers within the Jeffco School District must adhere to the Choice Enrollment Process by submitting an Administrative Transfer Form for approval and submitting your student through the EnrollJeffco Process for approval. Also, the following documentation will be required for review prior to approval.

Disclosure of IEP, ALP, or 504 Plans (Or any other pertinent information).
Once approved for enrollment, the New Family Enrollment Paperwork would be required to be completed. This can be found on the HOPE Academy Website, Enrollment Tab. Please contact Jewel Regier, Office Manager & Principal's Secretary, at 303-431-0796 for ALL transfer inquiries.

NEW PROCESS FOR New & Returning HOPE FAMILIES:
All NEW AND RETURNING students must be enrolled using the Enroll/Jeffco Choice Enrollment Process for the upcoming new school year. Parent Checklist & Info Needed for 2024-2025 School Year
First Round Choice Enrollment -- December 6, 2023 – January 13, 2024
Second Round Choice Enrollment -- January 19, 2024 -- August 31, 2024
All new enrollments must be completed through EnrollJeffco.org
❏ You must first Create/Update Parent/Student Information through the Personal Account Manager with Infinite Campus– Parent creates account first, then adds children.
❏ Only create one if you have never had a student in a Jeffco School.
❏ Personal Account Manager at: https://pam.jeffco.k12.co.us/
Please submit the following as soon as you have decided to enroll at HOPE:
❏ HOPE Academy Admissions Application must be submitted online through EnrollJeffco.org
❏ Transcripts and/or Interim Report Cards, Elementary Report Cards (from current/previous school)
❏ Attendance & Behavior Reports ( from current/previous school )
❏ Current IEP, ALP, 504 Plan, or other pertinent information
❏ Birth Certificate and Immunization Record ( up-to-date copy or exemption forms )
❏ Proof of Residency ( Jeffco residents )
❏ Copy of recent utility or phone bill, and must have name and current address on it. ❏ Must be in the parent's/legal guardian’s name.
After First Round Lottery offers have happened and you choose to accept the offer, and want to enroll (Letters will be sent soon after end of Round One, and thereafter) –
❏ Acknowledge acceptance of offer in EnrollJeffco
❏ Complete HOPE Academy Enrollment Paperwork completed (can be found on HOPE website hopemustangs.us) ❏ Schedule an Entrance/Scheduling Meeting (All Grades)
❏ Schedule Orientation Meeting
